Letty S. Di Giulio
specializes in felony appeals and post-conviction
relief applications. She has extensive
experience representing both capital
and non-capital clients. After working
for several years as an Assistant Defender
with the Illinois State Appellate Defender
in Chicago, Ms. Di Giulio worked as
a staff attorney with both The Capital
Appeals Project and The Capital Post-Conviction
Project of Louisiana. She has argued
a number of criminal appeals before
the Louisiana Supreme Court, the Illinois
Supreme Court, and the Illinois appellate
courts and has conducted post-conviction
evidentiary hearings in the Louisiana
district courts.
